Headliner Water Infiltration - 2000 Land Yacht Motorhome

We have a 2000 Land Yacht Motorhome that we are renovating. We know there have been leaks and we are currently fixing the lower walls and will address the exterior when the weather warms Right now the camper is covered. The wall problems all seem to be below the chair rail, however we can tell there's some damage to the vinyl headliner especially inside the door side cabinets because some seams have opened and we can see that foam is discolored. We did a mold test on those foam areas and it came back as a weak positive. Our thought is to pull back and spray with a vinegar solution to make sure any mildew or mold is killed and then seal the seams with vinyl tape to match the headliner. The rest of the headliner looks in decent shape but it is hard to tell how far the water got. We were also going to remove one of the ceiling fans to get a better idea of what the headliner looks like around it and also treat if needed. Will this be enough to protect us from any hidden mold or mildew we can't get to? We don't want to replace the whole headliner when the problems seem to be limited to just a few small areas. I've read about the Ozone Generators but not sure it would be effective for the headliner or even safe to use. Thank you for any suggestions.
