I haven't posted in a long time I guess because my Airstream is so far away... but I did go meet her in May and pulled up the aweful carpet . I layed down some lamanent flooring and took the cushions to an upholstery shop in town. I had to leave so I never saw them complete but my sister took a picture with her phone....sorry I couldn't figure out how to flip that one...
I covered the floor myself ... which I never ever even tried to do before and I think it was really hard. This is however a temporary fix because of course when I tore out the carpet I found a couple of spots that we will need to address. there was a soft spot by the door and one more by the window.. not big maybe a square foot by the door and half that by the window. My husband will have to help me with that.
I won't be seeing her again untill September
