Floor coming up by door

I am looking at a 2007 airstream International CCD and the owner says the floor is coming up by the door. Is this a common problem with airstreams, is this caused from water leaking in, or something else? They say there is no wet spots. Anyone else have this issue?

What type of flooring? The vinyl flooring is typically stapled down around the perimeter, but it is not glued down. I don't think a bubble in the floor would automatically mean water under the flooring. It is probably easy to remove the threshold, pull a couple of staples, and peek under the flooring. I just did this on our 2014.

It is laminate flooring. Thanks just concerned after reading about the floors on the thread of flooring and rotting.

There could be water. I'm just saying that a bubble on the floor doesn't definitely mean there's water. If it was me I would want to be sure by either looking under the floor or using a moisture meter.
