Counter Top Trim

I'm replacing the counters in my 20' Argosy and am looking for a trim piece that would take the place of a caulk line or backsplash. I'm pretty sure I've seen this used in newer Airstreams.
Does anyone know where to find this type of vinyl counter top trim? I don't think I'm imagining that I've seen it somewhere. In vinyl, it would be especially useful in the bath where the counter top follows the curve of the rear of the trailer. Here's what I think it looks like in profile:
