Couch-To-Bed Platform Won’t Fully Extend
I have a 2015 FC 25 FB. The couch should extend to make a full size bed but one of the slide mechanisms only comes out a few inches, then gets stuck. It feels like something may be blocking the track. Hard to see though. The platform doesn’t have any screws to remove it so that I can access the slide. I called the factory and was told the platform is constructed as a box and stapled together. Has anyone had this problem, and if so how did you get to the slide mechanism? Thank you in advance.
