Convertible Twins

Has anyone seen or have done a modification that would make the twin bed configuration be convertible back and forth to a full size bed?

I have. Cut 2 pieces of plywood to place across the isle. Then use a queen size air mattress.
The draw back is you have to put it away everyday to be able to access the bathroom from the galley. We have a rear bath center twin setup.
