Ceiling vent screen removal

I need to redo the weather stripping on the inside of my ceiling vent in my 67 globetrotter, water is leaking in a bit, but I cant seem to figure out a way to get the screen off the bottom to access from the inside. Anyone have any experience with this? It looks like it just may be able to pop it out, but I don't want to damage anything if that isn't the case. Yea, pics would do wonders for advice in this situation, but I'm allergic to technology and don't know how to post any. Thanks for any help!
