I would suggest three possible solutions:
1.) Check with a local "bathroom builder" (fake stone) - they are in the yellow pages -- see "cast stone". It may be reproduceable locally - or repairable, or refinishable.
2.) Contact Airstream. The same sink may still be in use, and you should be able to purchase one from them.
3.) Send the picture and dimensions to Colaws or other RV salvage yard - I would not suspect there is a big demand for sink at salvage, plus I would think sinks would survive the typical roll over suffered by most of the AS's I saw at Colaws earlier this year.
