Advice on gaucho/jacknife frame frame & wall remodel

I have a trail lite and am in the process of remoldeling. We are taking out the dinette and pull out sleeper and are ordering 2 jackknife couches. I want to build a base like in the airstreams (gaucho style). Anyone ever tackle this project. I have been searching DYI videos. I am going to place 2 jackknifes side by side. I would like a nice solid wood base that I can open for storage bins like in the airstreams. We are also tackeling the inside walls. They are being leak tested as we speak, and I am going to place the aluminum sheet metal on the walls like in the airstream. Alot of work ahead of me. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
