1976 Sovereign 31 foot full gutted were to begin???

hey guys i recently purchased a 76 31ft sovereign the outside is beautiful but as you can see the inside need a little help. Does anyone know were i can find parts oem or after market used or new i just need to get the ball rolling. this is my first trailer restoration but i do have exprence in home improvment.
