Glued my remaining walnut together for the dinette table. I ran short so I had to use some scrape pieces perpendicular to the others to fill in the gap. This was my biggest mistake; had I put them together in reverse order the entire perpendicular pieces would have ended up in the drop leaf, as it is I cut them and now they're offset. Chalk it up to it giving it some character I guess. I measured all the cuts dozens of times before I made them, I couldn't afford to make any other mistakes.

Rounded the corners. Used the same round over bit to go around the perimeter of the table and match into the rule joint. Sanded down to 220 grit and applied 50% pure tung oil and 50% mineral spirits. Going to let the old lady apply the high gloss polyurethane so I don't screw it up like last time.

Hung a shelf with recessed lighting above the counter top. I was going to close it off with doors to make a storage cubby, but, the wife wanted it left open. I found the wood shelf as-is (minus paint) at Goodwill for $5.

Finished off the electrical with a control box for lights, fan and the water pump. There is plenty of extra power lines for adding stuff in the future.
***Does anyone know about these old tank level sensors?****
I had put off on buying a new gauge ($60) for them because I read on here somewhere that the old sensors will not work with new level gauges. If someone could point me in the right direction for some information that would be great. Whether I need to replace the senors and/or can find a gauge for them.
