1963 / vintage "push pin" "twist knob" drawer / closet door hardware

Anyone know if the early "push pin" & "twist knob" drawer / closet door hardware for trailers is still manufactured?

And/or anyone stock the older hardware?

And/or any manufacture supply a nice subsitute?

I have not been able to find any replacements but I have been able to find the pin that holds them in at the hardware store. Called a roll pin if I remember correctly (hollow slotted pin). I also been able to take them apart and clean them up. Some where on the fourm there is a pretty good tread about them.

I've seen them on Ebay from time to time. I don't believe anyone still makes them
