Question Mississippi Gulf Coast

I am looking for a place to set up my airstream for about a year on the mississippi gulf coast for a work related stay. Does anyone have any suggistions of decent places to stay/sites. Something quiet and not trashy. Thanks

Check out this park: Welcome to Cajun RV Park
It is right on the beach and one of the nicer rv parks in Biloxi.

Heads up: Cajun Park lost their big sign during the last storm. If you get lost it is just a couple of hundred yards west of Veterans Avenue on Hwy 90.
Wolf River camp ground is a beautiful facility with new ownership. It is very Airstream friendly and hosts the Mississippi Unit WBCCI rally. For canoe/kayakers the Wolf River is a nice quite river to spend the day on.
Rick, it would be a good place for a Vintage rally.

Thanks for the info. The old faded sign was my marker... I would have ended up in Alabama still looking for it!

Good they got the sign up. Yep, you got to watch out for those sand spurs. Little buggers hurt way more than their size would indicate. If you guys are going to be at the park tomorrow I might do a drive thru and say Hello. Which trailer do you have with you?

Forget about Gulfport or Biloxi. Make it Long Beach or Pass Christian. Anything else is redneck city with frequent encounters with the remaining elements of the Dixie Mafia.

We are in the '91 34'...
or as we usually say, We are in the Airstream...

Early run to buy shrimp off of the boats, followed by a nap...
Lunch at Shaggy's, followed by a nap...
then a bike ride, followed by a nap...

Geez, after a day like that I'm gonna need a nap...

Seriously, If the Black Dodge 3/4 ton truck is here, stop by!

Vernon

Not sure if are trying to be funny or rude. But frankly it is an ignorant statement.

We'll be on the Gulf the middle of january or so, we'll look for y'all.

Haven't been to Shaggy's, sounds like a good place to try. We have been known to eat so much fresh shrimp down there that we were tired of it, if that possible. It is.

Only thing better than fresh shrimp is fresh Gulf oysters.

All this talk about shrimp and oysters is making me very hungry. But I have to be a little careful due to a problem with gout. Might have to fill up on fried catfish. Sal.

Taking my Mother to lunch today at the White Cap on the beach. Just might have to have me a platter of fried shrimp and oysters. So good!
