How to sell your Airstream while fulltiming? (advice needed)

Hi all,
I've been fulltiming for 10 years, in 2 different Airstreams. It's time for me to go back to homeownership though.
How would you advise I show and sell my Airstream while still living in it? It's full of my stuff, and of course full of me right now. And it would need some maintenance work to be brought to the kind of showroom quality that I see in other used AS ads. (It's perfectly livable, as I demonstrate daily by living in it though )

Would you sell it to a dealer or broker, or are there other options I should consider? Or is private sale the best way to go? Do people want to buy minor fixer-uppers?

I'll be moving cross-country, so coordinating the sale and the move will require some careful timing...

For details, it has one year remaining of an extended warranty, and is a 2015 30' International Signature RB (dark finishes, light ultraleather)
