It doesn't look like this has a 30amp plug.
I know my A/C will start on the 20amp plug in my garage, but only on low and it was a cool day when I tried in.

I believe the rule of thumb is 3000+watts for an A/C unit, I've also heard it is not good to run an Generator at 100% capacity for long.

I have twin Honda 2000's which I believe provides 3200watts and a 30amp plug.
