Hi

The propane / CO detectors die and have no replaceable parts. How long before they die is variable. Some folks get a lot of years out of them, others ... not so much. The detector in our 2017 died last year.

It is helpful to note what you have been/are doing when it goes off. My propane detector kept going off . Dealer could not find a leak. Same problem - another dealer could not find a leak. Decided it must be the detector and replaced it. Same problem. I realized that it went off after a couple of days of cooking on the propane stove and went off the same day if I baked in the oven. Went back to dealer and let them know. Checked and said no leak. I insisted they pull the stove out and check. They found a slow leak behind the stove. Tightened the connections and no more problems.

THIS...
Dealer is unlikely to resolve WO $$$, it carries a warranty from the MFG, Contact them.

I put an on/off switch on ours, it's off whenever the AS is peepless.
OEM & still good.

C02 detector woes: Does anyone else’s go off (hopefully) for no reason?

Try blowing air through and around the chamber of the detector with your air compressor use the ball filler adapter, it could be just dust causing issues. Use low pressure. Call the manufacturers helpline.
