110v "Whole House Fan"?

Hello everyone,

I'm working on an Airstream that will be set up for stationary living. It currently have the original Kool-O-Matic vent fan from 1991 and it is not very powerful. Are the newer fans more powerful? I'm hoping to find something in 110v that I can just turn on for a minute to cool off the Airstream like a whole-house fan would work in a house. Does something like this exist?

Thank you,
Scott
