Winterization / water heater bypass valve
I intend to blow out my water lines with compressed air. If the water heater bypass valve is on (in bypass mode) does that mean that the water heater tank will not be pressurized when I apply compressed air to the utility water input?

Once in by-pass mode, drain the water heater at the outside access panel, and leave it in by-pass mode as you purge the water lines with compressed air.
Don't forget the toilet and the shower.

Also don’t forget outside shower. And hit your black tank flush with compressed air to clear it and esp the antisiphon valve. And go all around the low points a few time as well.

Also... I’d like to wait a few weeks before “sucking” some anti-freeze into the water pump head. Temperatures here in Colorado Springs are not expected to dip below freezing but may approach freezing-question is: how sensitive is the pump to freezing? Is there much risk to the pump if the temperatures do not dip below freezing for a prolonged period. Thx in advance for replies / advice.

Setting the valves in bypass mode and then blowing out the lines could, dependent upon your plumbing for your trailer, might leave some water in the lines between the valves and tank.
Dependent upon the positioning of the bypass valves and shut offs, I advise folks to blow the lines out with the bypass valves being set in their summer position, then switch them to their winter position to bypass the water heater tank and continue blowing them out. This will remove any water that could be trapped between the valves and the tank.

And that spray hose for the toilet if your toilet is so equipped. Also your add antifreeze to the kitchen, bathroom sink drain traps and the shower drain traps.

This might not be convenient on all trailers, but I take the pump out when I winterize. It takes less than a minute - just one wingnut and two water connections. No tools required.

Whereas this has never been a problem on my previous two Airstreams, a visual inspection of our new 2019 suggests that I should try Jack's approach when I winterize this year.

It's seldom found on winterization checklists, but I recommend removing the batteries from your television remotes and from the smoke detectors. Those can and will go bad during the winter and ruin your changers.
Put fresh batteries in in the Spring.
