Winter interior storage

We recently purchased a 2016 22 ft. Sport, it's stored in an insulated pole barn, sits on a concrete floor & we live in a very dry climate. We are out working in the pole barn daily & check on the interior of the trailer. Everything has been removed for winter storage except the mattress pad, bedspread & pillows. Is it necessary to remove those, too, just in case of mice?
