"Summerizing" an Airstream

How does one prepared an Airstream TT for outdoor summer storage in Florida? Can't find a thread on ways to preserve exterior and interior areas in light of hot sun and humidity?

a nice coat or 2 of synthetic sealant and goop for all the rubber parts would be useful...

consider tire screens from the sun.

1 thing NOT on my older list is attention to the SURROUNDING area...

when the wind kicks up it would be nice to NOT have, ant mounds, loose debris or standing trees TOO near the stream.

Found an Airstream down south of here that was set up for summer,hurricane panels and all.
