Storing Airstream for 26 Days

Hi all, I am a full-timer and will leave on a trip for a little over 3 weeks. I booked an indoor storage facility with electricity and couldn’t come to a conclusive decision on the following.

2021 27F Globetrotter w/ 200amp Battleborn Lithium:

1. Plug it into their 20amp outlets?
2. Storage mode: yes/no?
3. Empty fridge: yes/no (obv yes if we turn on storage mode)
4. Ceiling fan lid(s) open/closed?
5. Pepwave modem + Nest cam: I have a security camera, wouldn’t mind checking in remotely. Good/bad idea?
6. Anything else?

• And what about grey, black and fresh water tanks? Would you keep them all dry?

Normal approach:

Dump the tanks (fresh / black / gray)
Turn of fridge / empty it / leave door open
Disconnect the battery ( full disconnect switch or pull the negative).
Shut the windows and vents
Toss out any food that isn't in rodent proof containers
Deploy ant traps / bait
Depoly mount traps / bait

Take off and don't worry !!!
