Storage near Toronto - ideas, recommendations?

I am currently looking for storage for our 34' International near Toronto.

Ideally, I'd like it to be away from the core and close to the 401/400/427 highways, but I'd also be interested in storage close to the QEW, say in Mississauga/Oakville or thereabouts.

I have been talking to a facility in Milton that sounds good but am wondering if there are any other options/recos out there.

Burlington may be too far west for you but Rustons RV do provide storage.

Many RV dealers have enough space in the winter to rent you a spot at a reasonable price. Ditto for RV parks. Parks should be even cheaper, since most of them have NO business in the winter. As far as I know, their biggest expense during the winter is insurance.

I used to think that farms would be a good idea, but unless they are already doing the storage business, the insurance would not make it profitable for them at all.

Winter storage isn't the issue - it'll go back to CanAm RV for the winter. Affordable and they'll help with the winterization and bringing back to life in spring.

What I am looking for is summer storage, where we can hook up and go for the weekend, then leave the trailer during the week.

Oh, OK. When you said storage and in the absence of for what, I immediately thought off-season storage.

So scratch what I said above.

It never occurred to me to ask a dealer to do the winterization.

There is a storage facility on Winston Churchill just north of the 401 and 407. Very handy to the highway. Safe self Storage.
