Storage locations in San Diego, CA?

Our 2022 Globetrotter 30RBT is slated to arrive this Dec., and we were wondering if anyone here in San Diego or surrounding areas knew of any good storage locations for our AS?

I live in the Southbay so my knowledge is in that area.
The KOA in Chula Vista has open spots occasionally. Good prices too.
Storage yard in Eastlake but $$$. Other locations in Chula Vista near the Trolley Line.
If you're retired or active military each Naval and Marine Corp base has an RV storage lot. Best one is at the Naval Station, second best is at MCAS Miramar. Usually a 2-3 month waiting list.
