While both of my trailers are much older than yours, I am only familiar with one change to the gray water drain system that may make the systems much different. The one thing that occurs to me, and that has happened on more than one occasion to me, is that one or both gray water through roof vents has been either blocked or partially blocked resulting in either sluggish or non-draining of kitchen sink, bathroom vanity, and or bathtub/shower. In each case, the culprit has been insects building their nests in the vent during the off season. My problem insects have included, mud daubers (most frequent), paper wasps (second most frequent), and wild bees (only once, and they migrated from my home when they were evicted by exterminators from my kitchen walls). The solution was removing the vent pipe cover on the roof and running a gentle stream of water down the vent pipe to clear the blockage after the offending insects had been evicted. It would also be possible to use a very thin, flexible sewer snake to clear the vent pipe in the same way once the offending insects have been evicted.
I do know that I have heard that some of the more recent model Airstreams use a one-way vent valve in the drain below either the bathroom vanity or the kitchen sink to eliminate one of the roof penetrations for gray line vents, but am not familiar with just which trailers used them and when.
Good Luck in finding your drain issue!!
