Sport 22' Specs

Getting closer to purchasing a 22 Sport. Thinking about making some modifications to my garage opening to store it. Anyone know how accurate the specs on the Airstream.com website are in terms of length, width, and height? I'm mainly interested in the exact length (hitch ball to terminal end). Airstream.com says that exterior length is 21' 8". Is that from the hitch ball to the terminal end? If there are any current generation 22 Sport owners that have a moment to put a measuring tape to their trailer I'd appreciate it. My nearest dealer is 2.5 hours away.

My understanding is that AS length is from the Tip to Tail. From the front of the A frame to the rear bumber(if it has one).

According to specs I see on Colonial Airstream for that trailer, the actual length is for a 22 Sport is 21’ 8”.
