Space in Florida wanted to renovate vintage Airstream

I'm looking for temporary space (February and March, maybe April) to do structural renovation of a small vintage Airstream trailer ('69 Globe Trotter). Access to water (coming and going) and electric is essential. It is also desirable that the space be indoors or have access to secure space for storage of parts and tools. Internet access is also a plus. The actual space required for the trailer would be about 22 feet x 9 feet. I would want at least twice this much space to allow access all around and an area for temporary storage and so on. If indoors, headroom would also an important consideration. I would think that ten feet would be adequate. I am in my late sixties, recently retired and a home owner living in the Boston area. It is my intension that this project be the centerpiece of an extended warm weather getaway so almost any location in Florida would be acceptable. By a strange twist of fate, I am picking up the trailer near Pensacola and my only Florida Friends are winter visitors to the SE corner of the state. I am looking to maximize economy so the ability to sleep and cleanup at the site would be a definite plus.

I will be interested to see how this plays out for you. I will be looking for the exact same thing (sans internet, sleeping and cleanup requirements) this coming fall. Good luck on your search, and do let us know what you find. I will be curious as to what you have to pay as well.
