Refrigerator Door "Trick" to Keep it Ajar During Storage
I keep finding that folks don't know about these little doodads that domestic includes with the refrigerator to help with storage, so I did a 90-second video on the topic. Enjoy!

Thiel is right! I never would have guessed.
The simplest solution is the one provided.

In a pinch, the same doo dads can be used outside to break the seal on sticky windows. Just use the corner of the doodad and slip it between the window glass and weatherstriping in a corner of the window.
I keep my doodads in the galley drawer with other cooking doodads.

Wow, who knew? It's 20 degrees outside and I'm still in my bathrobe, but I'm rushing out to the AS right now to check this out.

I knew that's what they could be used for but could never figure out how they work - learn something new every day!

. . . or a folded dish towel to keep both doors open . . .
Our fridge does not have them either [like FC20 Steve].

Bonus: '19 Globetrotter fridge has built in feature
Thiel, thanks for sharing your tip!
I went out and checked out 2019 Globetrotter's 3-way fridge and was disappointed at first because the handles are different.
Then I checked the latch inside and saw a half-round button sticking out. Turns out they "built-in" the feature into the latch. All you do is slide the button/lever out which extends the latch about a half inch - just enough to vent the fridge.
It's on both the freezer and fridge latches. Brilliant!

Nifty doodads to hold your fridge doors open
Two years ago, I figured out how to use those doodads. But be very very careful!! If you inadvertently push the door closed, you will have locked that puppy up! I don't remember how exactly I was able to get the door open, but I do know that I never used those doodads again except for a door shelf divider. Now I just leave the door ajar.

Amazingly enough, the use of these "door cards" was one of the things covered during the PDI. (They missed quite a few other things, some of which I felt were important. But at least they covered these. )
They are a bit of a pain and sometimes they feel like they are going to snap in half when you're trying to pry them out of the door shelves. I have also closed the door on them. I used a putty knife and slipped it in the gap to release the door card.
CW carries a product to hold open many RV fridge doors that I keep meaning to pick up. Then I won't have to remove the "door cards" from the shelves. Here's a link: https://www.campingworld.com/no-mold...der-28735.html

Our 19 GT Dometic (the blue light critter) has a built in feature that can lock the door in an open position, it is a latch piece that slides out. And, we had a Dometic refrigerator in an older (about 2010?) trailer that had an "interim" position lock, so you could have it lock partially open. That one was a little slide thingie that you could extend so the refrigerator was closed, but not all the way.
When in doubt, look up your refrigerator manual to see what they offered...all of it is better than the distorted hanger my mom used to use! And far better than when my brother-in-law left a half gallon of milk in our closed trailer refrigerator for 4 months! Didn't think the stink would ever go away.

Hmmm, How would I know that also. We leave them in as dividers and just leave the door cracked open in storage.
