Heat with over winter storage ?

Not sure if there is a better sub forum for this question.

I’m pulling wires, last step before I reinstall interior skins. I’ve re-insulated with styro insulation rather than fiberglass. No cabinetry or appliances, so there is a big opening in the outer skin where the water heater used to be, but other than that, the outer skin & windows are tight.

Just went in to refresh my memory, on were I left off this last fall, and saw frost on the ceiling, and occasional drips.

At some point I’ll have cabinetry & upholstery to take care of. Do I need to keep heat in the AS over the winter ? Does the ~2’x2’ opening contribute to the moisture inside so will not have issues once completed?
