2024 Potter Barn - battery heater switch

Switch is Located on side of battery box storing 2 lithium batteries… it’s a button you can toggle up or down.. if bottom of button is depressed in, the top pops out and exposes RED. When pushing top of button, the RED is not visible.
Hers the question- red exposed is on or off?

Crack me up. I asked this question months ago and I was told RED is off. I looked for the thread but couldn’t find it.

This is only 1/2 the answer. When I asked, I was told if the red is showing the system is active, but it will not activate the internal heater unless the temp falls below a certain temp, then turns itself off when a predetermined temp is reached. So even if you leave the switch on and it's summer time, sure the circuit is engaged, but the heater will never come on if the battery management is working as expected.
