Programming a memory button

I bought a tongue jack, a Trailer Life 4500 by Ultra Fab Products from Camper World. It was a quick buy as my old jack failed and I couldn't disconnect the truck.

It works fine, but was very light on documentation, which I assumed I could find on the internet, but was wrong.

There is a programmable memory on the thing, but I don't know how to program it. Does anyone know the answer or where I can find documentation?

Try calling camper world directly? I couldn’t find anything online either though there are several YouTube videos which might have some helpful info for you. I didn’t watch them but several installation and review videos might cover features you’re asking about. Good luck.
