Lci-lippert 4000 power tongue jack maint.

Anyone know what is required/recommended in terms of performing maintenance on the LCI-Lippert 4000 Power Tongue Jack. Our 2018 Classic came with the particular jack (which apparently has been discontinued or replaced by a newer model) and we' do not have an owners' manual for it.

Want to know what is needed in terms of periodic maintenance, i.e. greasing it. I took the top cover off but only see the exterior of the motor. Not sure how to gain access to the pivot point or gearing to lubricate it. It is working fine, I just want to do whatever preventative maintenance may be needed.
