Is this a BAL jack?

My new (to me) 1982 34 Limited came with odd jacks. They are similar to the BAL jacks but not totally. The PO told me these ones were what the Limited came with. One isn't working properly because the head of the bolt that is inside the tube is worn. These ones have a tube that the handle is inserted in to operate instead of the usual hex head at the edge of the trailer.

Has anyone seen these before? I'm wondering if I should just take the new BAL set I just got off my old trailer before I sell it.

For comparison, I put one of the original BAL jacks beside it. The black one is the odd one.

Just get two new ones. Better for everyone.

Yes, it is a variation of a Bal Jack. I would just get new ones.
