installing lift kit dexter 11

jus about noon the second dayt lifted my 2006 25ft int. with a lift kit from e trailer dexter.found no instructions in kit. contacted e-trailer twice about no instructions and no response.me and a friend jumped in the deep end anyway.i found the front spacers fit properly.i had tabs welded to 16 nuts and bolts per. everones sugestion.that worked great also had air powered wrench.first axle took us 5 hours.went to rear axle and found both spacers needed shortening by 3/16. also had to notch one bracket for wire clearance.both rear frame holes did not line up had to elongate both rear holes.did not have to do that on front brackets.finished complete job second dayabout noon . reattached gas line and all done.im 78 helper is 65.wont do that again. claymanjack

If you have six hours to spend on it and like to do the work, it’s not that difficult. The kit with tabs welded to the bolts will shave off an hour.

After doing it myself, i’d say $1,100 would be a bargain.
