Barker Super Jack Problem

I thought I'd share my experience in getting a Super Jack repaired. My problem first started when my jack (from my old 2002 Classic) wouldn't go down, it would only go up. I called Barker Mfg and they thought it was a limiting switch ($9). They mailed me one (I paid for it) and I installed it. It didn't resolve my problem. I called Barker back and they said to mail the head to them, which I did. In the end, the head had a minor wire issue which they repaired and mailed back to me at no charge. Excellent customer service! Dealt with Bob.

Yes, there are still companies that stand behind their products and believe that customer service is important. Unfortunately, it's become the exception rather than the rule..

Maybe we need a thread on the forums that is an "Honor Roll" of responsible, customer friendly companies.
