2013 Jack/Lift Issue

Hello, the RV has been fully connected in the yard for one year. One week ago I noticed my Power Jack of the Flyingcloud 2013, is not working.

In April of last year I set it up on Jack stands.
In June I lubricated the Jack "Arm" with Valvoline Moly-Fortified Gray Full Synthetic Grease along with treating my "Break Assist harness" with Di electric grease and so on. (Not sure if I was suppose to)
Two weeks ago, I raised the Jack a few inches to release my Stands so that I could perform a lube job on the truck.
Meanwhile, it is independent.
One week ago, water spilled from fridge and onto E. box (Uncapped bottles waiting there from a freeze we had) and there I was!
The next day I noticed my lift would not work! I replaced 30A 250V Delay/ Vinyl (opposed to the Slow /glass? ) from GRAINGER, Jack is stuck and everything inside Flyingcloud works.
Advise me to this issue please. Thank you for reading.

It might help folks help you if you add the make and model number of the jack. Helps get applicable guidance.

If emergency does your jack have manual operation with included tools.

Yes I do! Just search "highpower_3000.all.pdf" by BARKER MFG. and my label is missing but the Manual pertains to "P/N'S: 27265, 27295, 27300, 27720, 27721, 28762"
Thanks,
Chuck

I re-read your first post, is e-box all the 12VDC goodies. It got all wet from the spill?

You did find the fuse right?

Do you have a multimeter or a 12VDC test light?

Might be time to go back and try to check if power is coming into and out of the fuse. Also does the jack have a light built on it. Turn it on if it works most of the above ainít the problem.

Your owners manual also has a useable wiring diagram for 12 volt systems.

Keep reporting back.

Gary

Make sure the battery disconnect is not in Store mode. E.g., it is connected. Cycle the switch a couple of times.

Thank you for resolving my issue Gary and other, the tester is not needed given that it was in "store" Mode. And of coarse the Grainger fuse(s) worked and will be there when it runs out.
Thanks,
Chuck

Thank you for resolving my issue Gary and other, the tester is not needed given that it was in "store" Mode. Yes the lid was drenched but I did not open the box. I did push store and turned it off. I let the area dry naturally over night. (Note: I fried a motherboard wiping my A/C filter off with a wet rag one HOT season) So I wasn't sure what might have happened. And the Grainger fuse(s) worked and will be there when it runs out.
Thanks,
Chuck

Chuck,

Kudos for closing the circle on the "issue". It really helps when the solution is included, no matter what it was.
