Taking off a panel or two as I do body work on my 64' Safari, I'm finding that the unit pretty dry and rot free, they used two different products to seal the airstream, a black and a grey. The grey is soft like putty, pretty amazing for a 55 year old airstream. The black is harder, has some pliablility. So my question is... what products are these? And are they still sold today?
See Attachment and thanks in advance for your input
Yes or Trempro sealant. You have to use something. We used the Trempro between the overlap on panels and on the rivets - especially if you are using Olympic Rivets.
