Water tank access gasket

I have 72 landyacht 30ft and several years ago I replace the interior hose from the water fill spout to the fresh water tank with a new clear hose. During winterization I noticed a layer of dirt down the hose. I cleaned the hose and started to look for the source of the dirt. The access door fit tightly as I had to put pressure on it to close and lock it.

I located the problem during a rain. A strong trickle of water comes from the roof to the window trim then continues to the top of access door. Then the water traveled down the edge of the door into the hinge area and into full area. There was noticable dirt in this area. To remedy, I put a rubber stopper in the spout hole.

Two questions for everyone; is that thin gasket available and anyone else noticed this problem?

That's what I saw when I was leak testing my trailer, I put in a different filler with a screw on cap. it's a big hole to patch over though.
