roof caulking

My Globetrotter is 8 months old and has been in a covered storage site except for 3 weeks. Noticed all the caulking around roof penetrations peeling. Isn't this premature considering the above??

A brand-new trailer with caulking peeling after 8 months? I'd say that's very early.

But, without seeing it it's hard to say for sure.
