Re-caulking An Aluminum Roof Question

I'm sure many of you have similar maintainence problems with re-caulking aluminum roofs............ so I thought I'd ask this question here.
Here is my problem. I've got a 1999 Lance camper and the aluminum roof seams needs to be re-caulked. I called Lance and they state that the old Parbond needs to be removed before I apply a new application of Parbond. It is near impossible to get this old Parbond stuff off, so I'm looking for a product that I can apply over the alligatored Parbond. What ever I use, it will need to be a self leveling caulk in a tube. Someone had recommended Kool Seal Roof Patching Cement in a tube, but it is not available in our part of the country (Santa Cruz, CA)

I do not want Eternabond Tape
I do not want Parbond
I do not want any silicone caulk

Does anyone have any recommendations to re-caulk my aluminum roof. Any suggestions would be appreciated for a long term solution. Thanks.

Use MANUS-BOND

I have used Manus-Bond Aluminum Gray Roof Seal 65-H for many years. It is a great seal to go over the seams that you have shown in the picture.

Roof Seal

When I owned SOB's I used mobile home roof sealer. It's flexible, applies easy and seals over old materials. I recommend getting the white color.

It is available at Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart and in most lumber yards.

It can be applied with a brush or a mop. Yes, it's self leveling if applied on a warm day.

Good Luck and Cheers,

dale
