Quick? Backing on or off on int. insulation?

Do you leave the backing (either paper or plastic) on or off when replacing the interior insulation?

Thanks, Dan

Not sure what type you have? Does it remove easly when you try to remove it? are there any instructions / directions with it? I know some insulation you remove and some you don't!. Maybe you can contact the manufacturer and get their recomendation. If it is plastic it can trap moisture.
Good Luck!

OFF, only.

The insulation must be able to breathe, as per Airstream.

How's the race going? You going to have the Caravel at the FCU Restro rally?

I'm in the middle of a floor replacement with a deadline to get the Caravel stable enough to tow to the FCU rally. I've got the back floor section in but I might have to brace ribs with the interior lower skins off to tow it. We'll see how it goes. I need the weather to stop raining and snowing though.
