SW, Yes do all seams and rivets if you want to maintain seals. The rivets and seams should be cleaned up first by using small plastic scrappers and mineral spirits. I found mine at Harbor Freight Tools. You can (and I have) put new edges on these tools by hand sanding the blade edge on a flat piece of sandpaper until edge is restored to like new condition. Then use your crack cure until it is no longer absorbed into the seam or rivet head edge. Then you can reseal all rivets and seams. Hope this helps, Ed
