Leaks in 1988 Argosy 33' Sq stream

Upon removing the carpet and lino I saw rot in chipboard flooring around both doors and in the four corners, my question is how to stop the leaks?

Has anyone out there had similar in a sq stream?

I have been on the roof and saw two seams which run the length of the unit and I have covered them with sika multi seal tape. Should the gutters be sealed and if so how best to achieve this?

Appreciate any thoughts or ideas, cheers! Mark

Leaks also

We just bought the same camper and made the same discovery. How did it go, any tips on stopping leaks. Also, do you have an owners manual or know where we can get one?
