Front Passenger Side Leak... so much water.

Hi!

Living on the westcoast, we expect water. Somehow, on this moderately wet winter, we've absorbed an unreasonable amount of water. Major accumulations on our '96 21' Sovereign, right under our table, or the passenger side front. We just sealed all our windows and are exploring other potential leaking seams. Should we seal underneath as well? Or... ???? Any help is appreciated, we're saturated over here!!
