C-10 Flow Seal Anyone?

Has anyone used C-10 Flow Seal to caulk and reseal around fantastic fan and other stuff on the roof? I see lots of talk on the forum about using Vulcrum and Sikaflex 721(which is no longer available). When I bought my Airstream I stopped at the dealer in Tampa and asked for something to reseal stuff on the roof and this is what they gave me. It looks like 5200 or 4200 is very similar as well. Sikaflex is a marine adhesive/sealant as is 5200 and 4200.
