1973 Airstream Tradewind Land Yacht 25' Leak Issue

On my newly acquired 1973 Airstream Tradewind Land Yacht 25' there appears to be a couple leaks in exactly the same area on both sides approximately 21" from the right edge of the entrance door towards the front. The effected area is approximately 6" long and 2-3" wide. The floor in this spot has become soft and I want to locate the leak source before any floor repairs. Has any other Owners of this model encountered the same issue?

If that is the only spot your are in really good shape. Most likely the window. My 68 TW had rot on both sides of the door. Be sure and check for rot under each roof vent. I had soft spots in two closets that were under the vent pipes. The vents had not been maintained and water ran down the outside of the vent pipes and dripped on the floor.
