Solar vent replacement for 14" vent

I have a 1995 Sovereign 21. It has two 14 X 14 ceiling vents.

Does anyone know of an aftermarket solar powered fan vent replacement.

I don't think the volume of space on top of a 14x14 vent to mount a solar panel large enough to effectively power a fan.
I know there are solar-powered fridge vent covers, but the fans are small, and low-powered, with not a lot of air moved.
