Replacement Lid for roof vent

ignore that last picture.... i actually need the plastic cover that goes over the ceiling fan in front - it measures 9.5 x 9.5 inches and fits over an opening in the center of the aluminum cover very similar to the one in this picture.

i'm waiting for whoever controls posts to upload my more current post with a more recent picture of the actual item I'm needing, so hopefully you all can look at that post instead of this one soon...
