I'm finding my new Maxim skylights develop condensation on the interior metal frame. I noticed this when the outside was in the 30s, inside close to 50F. Anyone experiencing this?
I wonder if ther is any thermal break in the construction of these skylights?
Haven't had mine installed very long but I would imagine that with inside outside temperature differences any metal will condensate just like the inside walls of the trailer. Looking at the construction of the skylight the piece slides down over the curb on the airstream is outside metal which is touching the inside frame
