Fantastic Fan not working - red LED

I have single Fantastic fan in my 2015 27FB International. The cover will motor up and down but the fan will not start when switched on. I have adjusted the temp setting up and down still no luck.

Reading some posts a quick call to the customer service dept and they suggested to clean the ground switch on the top under the cover that I guess turns the fan off as the cover closes.

I will try this tonight. Any other suggestions? I could not find a manual online with the meaning of the LED on.

I had this exact same problem last summer, stopped and had someone get on the roof to check the wiring, which had come loose.

He tightened it, and it has worked fine since.
