Fantastic fan fuse isssues

I took my fantastic fan apart to clean and when I put it back together I was getting a fault on the Czone panel. I have a Classic 30 with a Czone system and it controls the fan. The fault is saying I have a blown fuse. The fuse in the fantastic fan is fine. The power to open and close the cover works but the fan does not turn.

I checked the main fuse panel under the wardrobe and it does not have any lights on next to any fuses. The Czone door panel has a blinking away light which I am assuming is to indicate there is a fault. I made sure the lid sensor was free and clear and could move up and down.

Does anyone have any ideas about what I can try next?

" I have a blown fuse. The fuse in the fantastic fan is fine. The power to"

Thanks, but I mentioned I did check that fuse. I just ordered another cover switch from amazon to see if that is the problem.

Well since you took your fantastic fan apart to clean it, if it was me I would pull it apart again to check if all the connections are good, you might have damaged one.

Might be a "What was the last thing you fixed?" type of problem.

I'm getting a "blown fuse" error on the czone panel and the keypad by the door has the "away" button flashing. That indicates a blown fuse. The fuse in the fantastic fan is good. Does the czone system itself have fuses somewhere? The main panel under the wardrobe is good with no blown fuses.

The away button works but the onboard button does not work. I have to go to the czone panel to wake up the trailer.

The czone keypads have something called "blown fuse fault indication". I believe that is why one of the buttons is flashing.

OK, after some digging and going through manuals on the Czone site I found my problem. A fuse had blown in the Control1 czone device (under the wardrobe). The Control1 has not only a row of blinking lights to see if your panel is talking to the trailer, but it also contains a bank of fuses (remove the cover) and lights to show you what fuse has blown. The green light to the right of the fuse will turn red.

If your door keypad's "away mode" light is blinking, it means you have blown a fuse. I don't believe any of this is documented in the Airstream manual. I could be wrong but I could not find it.

Also, remember to loosen and tighten the nuts to the power cables periodically as they can loosen and cause a weak connection that will run havoc with your Czone panel. I was getting random errors on the panel and Airstream told me to do the procedure I've outlined above and it completely fixed my problem.

Anyway, here are some pictures.
